Surely it would be well kerned Helvetica or Gill Sans. Unless its a post Designers Republic world, in which case it would be well kerned Helvetica Neue.

Does anyone know if this is Cirencester Library? I do hope so... i work next door! If not - where in the fine county of Gloucestershire is it?
