I went to see Martin Creed's Work No. 850 the other day.
A person runs through the main gallery of Tate Britain, as though their life depended on it, roughly every 30 seconds.
Is it art? No. Is it a great, fun, interesting way of getting people into an art gallery? Yes. So is it art? God knows. It is however tremendous fun and it's free. Therefore I commend it to the House.
That is a tad random isnt it...
i wonder where this new 'boundless' art is going to go?
like what will they do next?
not art in my opinion though
Any thoughts?

Love it, just went to see it today. Its fun and interactive. Its great standing in another room, and suddenly seeing a jogger flash past in your peripheral vision. Whether its art or not, I don't want to get into that debate!

I think it's pretty great. Hopefully, it will start some great conversation in the gallery...or at least some laughter!
I'd want to ask each person "What are you running from?"

Oh COME on...This is just a dumbed-down, airbrushed ad-exec rip-off of a seminal scene from Godard's "Band of Outsiders"... hello?? Anyone really interested in art there anymore?
