I went to Pentagram this morning. What a lovely office / studio / building they have. And so nice that they take the small stuff seriously, like archiving and lunch for everyone.

It was named Pentagram Yard by Aleister Crowley, who used to live in that building. It has quite a history that place. Largely of magic, and death.

I think the business came first and then the name of the Yard (they used to be in North Wharf Road before Needham Road). Alan Fletcher named the business c. 1972
