From what I could read on the top of the bag, it's part of a contest/promo. Flavor with more votes wins. Out of the voters on the winning side, one is selected to win 20K (the URL has a .ES, so this is out of Spain. Do they use Euro or Pesetas? Not sure off the top of my head), plus 1% of sales.

Labatts did this in the 90s. A vs B - vote which beer becomes the new flavor. They were an amber ale and an amber lager. And until the lager won, there was a good beer on the market.
